Lucinda Morgan MsOst Osteopath, Holistic and Beauty Therapist, Proprietor of Holistic Concepts.

Lucinda is the business owner of Holistic Concepts, she has been an Osteopath for 8 years and a Holistic Therapist for 18 years. Lucinda trained in Osteopathy in Swansea University. She always treats her patients as gently as possible, and believes everybody has the power to heal and improve their health.

Lucinda has a keen interest in assisting patients manage and overcome headaches, particularly from Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJD) and works with a dental specialist Vinny Vaithianathan, in Newport. She also has a keen interest in gut health and how that can play a role in delayed recovery. Working with a lab to test for gut parasites and microbiome and formulate a dietary and/or supplementary plan bespoke to your microbiome. We can also carry our lab tests for allergies, fatigue, stress or anxiety levels and based on the results formulate a progression plan to improve your health today and looking in to the future. Lucinda also believes in a prescribed exercises to enhance rehabilitation and vitality.

Lucinda aims to assist people in being in charge of their health, getting them to sit in the Captains Chair of their life and enjoy it.


Jacob Wilkinson MsOsteopath

For as long as Jacob can remember, he has had a love for sport, performance,
health, and wellbeing. He has been a high-performing athlete from his teenage
years, and he has always been interested in physical performance and the abilities
of the human body. He suffered a number of physical injuries during training and
competing in both Rugby and athletics which was helped by the practice of
Osteopathy. These experiences inspired him to want to help others as he had been
helped, and he decided to move into a career as an Osteopath.

Jacob studied Osteopathy at Swansea University, graduating with a Master of
Osteopathy degree. He has developed a passion for treating all types of injury and
conditions and prides himself in providing an excellent level of care to all who come
to him. From strains and sprains to progressive neurological conditions and M.E.,
Jacob is committed to help people heal, rehabilitate from injury and assisting them
on their path to realise and achieve their personal goals. He has developed a
particular interest in supporting patients with learning or physical disabilities, both in
the clinical and sporting setting.

He also has experience treating international athletes and those on Paralympic
programmes, and he is experienced in the management of rehabilitation in sports.
He has recently started working as an Osteopath with Briton Ferry Football Club.

Jacob is a performance athlete, a UKA accredited athletics coach with 5 years’
experience, was the Captain of the Swansea University athletics team and was one
of the mental health and wellbeing officers for the University. He currently runs for
Swansea Harriers as well as managing the rehabilitation process for several of the
club’s members.


Venkateswarlu Pitti, HCPC, Physiotherapist.

Venkateswarlu Pitti (Venkat) has over 20 years experience as a physiotherapist, graduating in India from the Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Pradesh. He moved to North Cornelly South Wales with his family seven years ago. Venkat has worked in spinal rehabilitation units and specialises in soft tissue therapy. His treatments are gentle and focus on structures that need adjusting to promote your health, wellbeing and functionality. Venkat has quiet demeanour and listens to your words without you realising and applies what you need in your therapies. If you've had a long standing musculoskeletal problem or pain, Venkat will work with you, with ease, to overcome it for a better future.


Sarah Bluff - MBACP, Accred MNCS Dip in Therapeutic Counselling Integrative Counsellor MBACP and MNCS Reg.

I provide a safe, non-judgemental, confidential and Professional service. Using a variety of theoretical approaches to assist my clients with their presenting difficulties including; CBT (Cognitive behavioural Therapy), Psychodynamic and Humanistic models. I recognise every clients narrative is unique, so adjust and use models appropriate to meet their needs, allowing my clients many ways to challenge and work with their current issues in a way most conducive to their personality, thoughts and presenting mind-set.

Dr Rachael Hunter BA (Hons), MSc, Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, FHEA, HCPC

Child and family mental health: I worked for ten years as a Highly Specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Psychologist (CAMHS) in the NHS and have experience in working with children/families where there may be concerns about eating disorders, autism, anxiety and low mood, attachment disorders or trauma. As a clinical psychologist, I am able to draw upon a range of evidence-based theories and approaches including CBT, family therapy and solution-focused. I have experience of working in specialist Eating Disorder settings also. I am able to offer consultation and professional support to parents/carers who may be concerned about their child's emotional wellbeing or behaviour. I am able to work online or face to face (Bridgend clinic) and offer a non-judgemental and supportive therapeutic space.

I have a Master's degree in Psychology, and a British Psychological Society accredited Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (2004). I am an experienced Chartered Psychologist who previously worked in the NHS in a range of mental health and medical health settings. I am registered with my professional body (HCPC). I hold an academic position and am an active researcher with a number of published peer reviewed empirical papers, blogs and a book chapter on 'Resilience'.

Since 2012 I have worked with a range of organisations including charities. I am an experienced speaker and have been involved in developing and delivering patient webinars on topics such as mental health, wellness, and resilience. I am also an experienced facilitator of health retreats.
